Made In Group strengthens member support with a new appointment

Manufacturing collective, Made In Group, has strengthened its support offering with the appointment of a new Group Operations Director.

Wendy Small has joined the business to improve its strategic operations and membership experience as it embarks on fresh expansion.

Wendy, who is splitting her time between the Midlands and Yorkshire offices, is an experienced professional who has worked in senior management positions across multiple sectors and specialised in operations and change management and customer service excellence. She has a post-graduate diploma in law (PGDL) from Nottingham Law School.

Previous roles have seen her working with housing membership organisation, HouseMark, the National Autistic Society and law firm, Eversheds.

Wendy said: “I am excited to be joining the Made In Group at such a pivotal stage in its development.

“I look forward to working with both members and staff from Made in Yorkshire and Made in the Midlands as the business continues to grow.”
